  1. Hi Guys I'm selling a set of Steeda Ultralite Racing Rims 18" x 9" + 26 offset stud 5 x 114.3 (Nissan/Ford) Rims are in perfect condition, almost unmarked Tyres are a Goodyear 275 Racing Slicks, still have meat on them but will need a good skid to make them grippy again! $600.00 ono Ash 0417 936 001
  2. Should drop a bit at idle once the oil heats up, will always have more oil pressure when cold. I don't think having 40 psi at idle is a problem any way, certainly want cause any issues. Our V8 Race car has 45 psi at cranking (on the starter motor)
  3. Hi Guys I have a few boxes left of the United Oil United 1 5w50. Its a proper synthetic PAO/Ester based 5w50 API SM and is used in almost all high performance and race applications. $200 per box Each box contains 6 x 5ltr packs Call Ash 0417 936 001
  4. Glad your happy luvpsi Sorry for the late reply, I have been offline for about a year. We only have Ultimax 10w60 and United1 5w50 in full PAO/Ester synthetics available in Australia. We do make a wide range internationally but we only bring in these 2. Also have the United 171 Double Ester 5w40 I do have group 3 Hydrocracked synthetics in 0w20, 5w30, 5w40 and 10w40 I can still offer the old special at $200 for 6 x 5ltr United 1 5w50 PAO/Ester Ash
  5. I use either Windows Movie Maker or TrackVision. Movie Maker is easy to use and good results, Track Vision is designed for Data Overlay Ash
  6. My qualifying lap. 58.5, similar time as V8 supercars. Has full data overlay
  7. RX7 FD and RX8 have 50/50 weight split, double wishbone suspension. Rx8 is a bit dull without a the turbo charger. RX7 FD is an awesome car, has the weight balance, double wishboan (alloy arms not steel like on RX8), and turbo torque. The best thing about the rotary engine is how cheap they are to rebuild/refresh. Here is some footage from Wanneroo raceway where we run a RX7 FD
  8. Sorry but there is on comparision between a GTT and a GTR!
  9. Looking for 26K for my R32 GTR V Spec. In great condition and unmodified. Ash
  10. Hope I hope you enjoy Perth. I wouldn't worrie too much about the modifications, just be more cautious of the driving infringments and the hoon laws! If your interested in a GTR let me know. I have my 1993 R32 GTR VSpec for sale. Its immaculate and unmodified, therefore reliable! Ash
  11. Sounds like your onto ut Good luck with the 8 second pass, thats moving hey Ash
  12. Might be best to work out what RPM you will be exiting the corner. MY FD Racecar comes on at 4000rpm and full boost by 4800rpm and its a tad laggy for some tracks. I drove a RB30/25 racecar last year, it has a GT35 (not sure of the exhaust housing size) It was pretty good, but it had a dog box with custom ratios, that helps! ash
  13. Smaller turbo like a TO4z, shit thats still a massive turbo. If you have any lag it will be slow. Circuit racing is not about peak power, its about getting in and out of corners as fast as possible. If you have to wait for power you are no mans land. I would think a GT35 or similar is more than ample. Forget the A048's, they would have to be worst (slowest) R Comp tyre in Australia. And only becasue you cant get medium compound in anything over 16". So for 17" and over rims your only choice will be medium hard (MH), they are ok when new for the first 2 laps then fall off big time, after 3 sesions they will be as hard as truck tyres. Go for Yokohama AO50 or Bridgeston RE55.
