I've done it already an I'm on my ps

I have converted an rb20det automatic to a rb25de manual. The rb25 de was previously from an r32 4 door. It's pretty much all hooked up. The motor does not turn over and the fuel pump is not priming. I have lost the computer for the motor so I am using the rb20 one. I was maybe thinking that's the problem but I have used an rb20 ecu for this motor before and it worked fine. Any ideas? Thanks
