thanks for the responses everyone..hopefully my replies havnt come across as being rude.. ive tried to keep my frustration in. im not a hoon driver or anything like that, my last car was a twin turbo supra and i sold it and bought a non turbo auto r33.. so i can be more careful on the road, but to lose your license while driving sensibly and obeying the road rules is pretty f**kin annoying. me and my missus would be movin into our house on the lake in 3months but to have to rearrange our lives to compensate my license loss means weve lost the house.. but, ive put a for sale sign on the car, havin it around would tempt me too much to drive so its gotta go 11more months to go of headaches, public transport, taxis, buses, and days off work to go hopefully in 11months the p platers in the sociey who drive like dickheads wouldve stopped, leaving there to be no reason for the cops to follow us, pull us over, and catagorise us as "all hoon drivers" see ya on the road she aint happy she wont get to ride in the skyline... but coz im not working as much now.... shes happy that theres more time to ride me hahahahah kiddin

nah this was further down...about a kilometre back from the main north rd/ pt wakefield intersection 70km signs everywhere.

having to change a tire in the rain is bad luck driving 70 in a 70zone but gettin told ur doin 107 in a 60 is just f**kin retarded

public transport isnt possible....i work 4pm til 1230am 25minute walk to nearest bus stop, 20min bus ride to train station, 25min train ride, 30min walk to work...thats gettin to work.. getting home, theres no trains after 10 30 down my way. and if anyone here knows what the northern suburbs are like u dont want to be goin through there at 230 in the morning...haha p.s missus wont leave, shes driving the skyline

hate repeating myself but i wasnt speeding...i was going 70.. cop obviously didnt re-calibrate his gun, said i was doing 107, this was while in heavy traffic did my topic say "help i need sympathy" nope...... thanks for the mature and reasonable responses on here though everyone... its evident id be a dick to drive unlicensed.. im cancelling the house im building anyways and cuttin my shifts down.. just annoying that u drive sensibly, get f**ked over, and have to sacrifice things in order to obey the consequences of the law. welcome to the sa police

once you have lost your licence while on your P plate restrictions and have appealed it once before to get 1 point back (and this can go for full licenced too, i'll have to look into it) you are NOT permitted to appeal for another point again, unless quite a few years has past since your last appeal (i cant remember the exact number of years but ill find out). he has all rights to fight the conviction which he has done but he can not appeal for his licence back once he has done it already after a certain period of time has past. as a p plater ur only entitled to one appeal every 5 years. so it doesnt matter how many times i keep taking it court the outcome will be the same.

ok well ive found a lift to work on some of the days...good old missus...problem is she will be driving my car.. now coz ive lost my license does that mean the vehicle wont be covered under insurance regardless of the driver... as in, if she crashed in my car, would she be covered? or should i transfer insurance to her name?

wow, never thought of any of the above. the concept of changing jobs is unrealistic coz im building a house and my job offers job security. cant move coz the house isnt completed and even then i cant sell it until 6months after handover. everyone at my work lives near work..which is half hr drive...so no matter how nice ppl are they arent gunna drive past work, half hour backwards, just to drop me at work.

nah the cop said i was doin 107 in a 60..but the slowest speed limit is 70 down pt wakefield. it was just at the churchill rd intersection..no road works... im not sayin the cop purposely made up a speed, but clearly he didnt know how to use the equipment properly... if i was speeding i would of admitted it..

cant fight it..building a house so i cant afford to... i had 1300 in lawyer fees, and 1600 in fees for the cops side coz i lost the case... cant do shit time to bite the bullet....better than biting the dick in jail haha
