ONO Genuine Nissan R31 radiator, has auto fittings, very good condition. $50. Stock air box, Take it if ya want it. 2 engine looms. $25? ONO Drivers Rear view mirror. Its the import cast ally base one that swivels, not just the crappy ADM that always breaks!! $20 TI courtsey lights, the Red and White centre ones. $10? 28 spline rear axle. Not sure which one, but its 69cm from the start of the shaft to the outer bearing. $20 ONO. Guys if you want anything, just let me know and offer me something for it... I even take beer as payment!! hahaha Contact me via PM or 0412957329 Thanks Rob
  2. Pics added Also for sale is a Brand New set of SPOOL RODS for RB30. Never been taken out of the packet, only for the purpose of the pics. $680 Genuine NISSAN VRS gasket kit for RB30/25. Has everything for rb25 head onto a 30 block, so rb30 head gasket. Inc rb25/26 on 30 cam belt, though it is used. $200
  3. I have some stuff to clear out in way for my next project. Ported GTR head. Head has been mild ported, mainly to clean and de dag as well as smooth the ports. The valve bowls have also had a tickle to ensure a smooth laminar flow. Comes with standard cams, cam gears, cam cover, rocker covers, valves, solid shifters and shims. Missing, Most cam caps(just get a set of rb20ones and line bore it) cam cover backing plate, valley cover and CAS. $1000 GTR injector plate/inlet manifold(not plenum) Has been cleaned and ready to go. $300 hard to get... Performance Valve springs. Brand new, never used. Can use up to 10.5mm lift cams and higher rpm. $200 CAS/dizzy A rb30 dizzy has been welded on to the cas. My intention was to use methanol and as such use a MSD ignition system to create a fat spark. It was easier to do it this way than individual coil setup. Still uses standard rb25/26 CAS internals and wiring plug $250 Billet 14mm ally fuel rail Has 2 outside 1" bsp inlets and a central 1"bsp outlet. It has been die ground on the bottom of the rail to clear a manifold. Never actually been used, only to fit up injectors and manifold. $150 Tomei red adj cam gears. Old style. Used on my rb25/30 setup. still ok both $80 I just haven't taken pics yet, but will do so on monday Please PM me or call 0412957329 Thanks.
  4. Hey mate, wasn't trying to have a go, but by the way it sort of came across like you actually didn't know to much and like so many people out there just gave a what do i do to get "a daily street car that does fast times". I don't have a problem helping people out on what mods to do if they know what they want and want to inform me and other what they are trying to ask for in terms of engine, or drivetrain, or electronics or whatever. There is so much stuff out there in this site it is rediculous, so thats why i said in my opinion go 30 bottom end, 3540 turbo, blah blah blah. You never actually said what you would like to do or budget. The only thing you said is that the car is auto. How is anyone going to give advice on little information. Well you can work out the engine part, but being the auto thread, It depends what you want for power output. The biggest and easiest thing would be to get a shift kit. A simple stage 2 shift kit. This will help stiffer shifts and any flaring between gears and prolong box life and help it cope with any extra grunt. You need a bigger oil cooler, or well an external to the standard radiator cooled cooler. Once those mods have been done and don't expect to pay more than $500 with everything fitted(if you can't do it for your self) the next place to go from there, get a higher stall converter. Try for about 2800 or there abouts, depending on turbo setup. That will let the engine to increase revs higher and get greater torque to the wheels, then it'd really start to cook. With 250-300rwkw and just that setup, expect 11's or at least low 12's and your box could/should handle it. The rest is up to you. Rob
  5. Yep, coz you've sat it for some time, the engine has had some condensation in it, and where does it condense?? the rocker cover so you'll see it in the cap, drive it for a decent run and it should be gone the next time.
  6. You do realise this is the "automatic performance thread"?? what exactly are you looking at?? do you want info on your auto?? otherwise post a thread or read the countless threads out there on what to do. Mate my reccommendation would be to drop a 30 bottom end in and wack a 3540 turbo on. Perfect daily.... Trust me. Don't f**k around with minor mods unless you want a basic car. Just my opinion. Don't need to do timing belt till 100K, not going to get you any more performance, well i doubt much anyway. Its not as easy as spark plugs. What do you want to know about your auto though??
  7. Hey, better than the triptronic, i think i have mentioned it, but seriously get the 300zx box built. Same as q45 v8, they are unreal and don't need much to be able to take heaps of power. The auto man i take my boxes to, wollongong auto's, said to leave the box standard, with just a shift kit in it which is good for about 500hp maybe more(can't remember exactly), then later go get it built with a few choice bits and you've got a f*ken strong 4 spd box which will take more power than just about any other box around. and it all fits and wires perfectly in to standard harness!!!!
  8. Cool, its for a rb30et only anyway. Will give them a call tomorrow Thanks Rob
  9. Where and who did you get the precision pistons through?? anyone heard of these being ok?? Can't say i've really heard of them.
