  1. I removed the bee-r rev limitter so its not that, checked the tps doesn't appear to be that. Also retarded the timing a bit and that didn't help. I'm going to wire in my z32 maf after work tomorrow and I'll let you guys know what I come up with. I wish I'd have bought an fcon, thats all I'm going to say.
  2. Hey everyone, I'm currently in the process of tuning my car and am having trouble getting past 5500rpm. Or to be a little more precise, it won't go past 5500rpm. Mod list: Rb25det running on rb20 harness Greddy Intake manifold Q45 throttle body + rb25 tps Greddy top feed 10.5mm fuel rail GTR injectors with resistor pack HKS 2535 Turbo (10psi internal wastegate) Turbo back 3 inch exhaust FMIC Greddy Emanage Ultimate Nimso AFPR Sard r2d2 atmospheric bov Bee-r rev limiter So in any gear, any throttle position as soon as I hit 5500rpm, the car hits what feels like an ignition cut. (Feels like the factory speed limiter.) Its runs flawlessly before it reaches that figure. According to the logger, the ignition isn't breaking up and the air fuel ratio is fine. Its not a boost leak, nor a coilpack problem, the maf seems fine its reading up to 5 volts so I don't see anything out of the ordinary there. The guy that is tuning my car has a lot of experience with the emanage ultimate, he went on various courses to learn how to tune it so I think he is not at fault. Checked for codes before and pulled up a 55, no malfunction. If anyone has any ideas what could be going on I'd appriciate your input. Thanks in advance, Jay
  3. Get a USDM s13 throttle cable, it about 3 inches longer. This is exactly what I am trying to find right now. Good luck mate.
  4. Well just in case anyone wants to know, when using nissan top feed injectors on this intake manifold you just need R32 GTR stock seals for the bottom of the injector and you're good to go. (Probably 33 & 34 also)
  5. Hi everybody, Hoping someone can help me out. I'll make it short, I have an rb25det greddy intake manifold, greddy top feed fuel rail (10.5mm) so I'm using OEM type injectors. I've been looking round for which o-ring/seal I need for the bottom of the injectors that go into the manifold. Have been told I need an aluminium pieces that sit where the side feed injectors usually sit, they have a little space then for a normal o-ring and top feed injector. Any help appriciated, thanks lads
  6. USE THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK, I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING BROKEN/FRIED/ETC AS A RESULT OF USING THIS GUIDE! Last week I recieved my bee-r rev limitter and searched around for an easy install wiring diagram for it. Didn't really find one, so I got the ecu wiring diagram, found out which wire was which and installed it today. As you can see I have edited the original instructions and replaced the Japanese with English so its a quick guide where each wire goes on the ecu. I also took a picture of my spare wiring harness for the people that don't like reading things like wiring diagrams. This setup works for me, I will note I am also using the Greddy Emanage Ultimate and haven't yet experienced any problems. Hope this helps someone out.
  7. I'm looking for oil feed and coolant feed/return steel braided lines. This would be for a hks 2535 on my rb20det, I do believe the stock lines bolt up but I may as well put these on while I'm there. Will need them shipped to Canada, will pay through paypal.
  8. Hi Guys, I just bought a second hand hks 2535 that I'm going to throw on my rb20. I am going to make some stainless lines and would like a definate answer on wether I need an oil restrictor or not. I searched but couldn't find quite what I was looking for.
