Duncan,
This page here has all the specs of any Skyline you'll ever want. Even some you (well I) probably didn't even know existed. It tells you all the years certain models were made too.

It even updates the weights for all the little variations in the years (e.g. In 93 a series 1 GTS25t weighed 1360kg, but in 95 the series 1 was up to 1370kg)

R33 is 250ps, not 250hp.

250 ps = 183.88kw
250 hp = 186.43kw
250 hp = 246.58kw

R32 GTSt is 215ps, not 215hp

215 ps = 158.13kw

--------------------------

This unit (German: Pferdestärke = horse strength) is still commonly used in Germany and central Europe, although not an lawful unit any more.

1 PS = 735.49875 W

Try http://english.auto.vl.ru for all the specs you need.

Although some of the features/accessories are off but the core things like model/year/engine/trans/dimensions etc. seem to be on the money.

MIC33R gave us the site:http://imports.motortraders.net/imp...n&model=Skyline the figures are as follows

Power Restiction For P-Platers In Vicroia: 125kw/tonne

From May 1989 to 1991...
R32 Gtst Type - M Sedan (Manual)
Power:158Kw
Weight: 1290kg
Power/Weight Ratio: 122.48062015503875968992248062016kw/t
Under Power Restictions

R32 Gtst Type - M Sedan (Automaic)
Power:158Kw
Weight: 1310kg
Power/Weight Ratio: 120.6106870229007633587786259542kw/t
Under Power Restictions

R32 Gtst Type - M Coupe (Manual)
Power:158kw
Weight:1260kg
Power/Weight Ratio: 125.39682539682539682539682539683
Over Power Restrictions

R32 Gtst Type - M Coupe (Automatic)
Power:158kw
Weight:1280kg
Power/Weight Ratio: 123.4375
Under Restictions

I worked out that from an RB20DET which produces 158kw that to be spot on the p/w ratio the weight of the skyline would have to be 1264kg's... so: If the skyline is under 1264kg's then it is OVER (Illegal) the p/w ratio, but if the skyline is heavier than 1264 it is UNDER (legal) the p/w ratio. I used to think if the skyline is an r32, and its a gtst then its legal but the one exception is for the 2 door 1989-1991 gtst wich weighs 1260kg. But, from 1991-1992 the weight increased to 1320kg making it legal.

Just wondering what are the different specs in the Series 1 R33?

I've got a M Spec Nov '93 Coupe (white one) is this front end stock? I prefer the mesh type grill of mine over the slats grill.

What is the front end on this silver one?

think the grill might have been a factory option, but the front bar from my understanding is m-spec... as for the other one just a non m-spec standard r33 front (shit)

hope that helps ya

Does not sound like something Clarkson would say though does it... unless how he acts on TV is an act... you'd nearly expect him to say something like

"The Nisan GTR is not a car... oh no... its the Millenium Falcon and the other supercars are Tie-fighters, where the GTR has one mission in life.. to destroy the death star... oh yes thats right people..... the GTR is coming for the 911 Turbo and as I sit here looking out the side window coming through chicago sideways, I dare say that darth vader and his cronies from stutgart had better be worried...... very worried indeed."
