Rb30/26 External Pick Up Hitting Ac Comp R33 Gtr

Hey

I am building a RB30/26 using a platinum racing sump adaptor with a hi octane extended sump..

Now the problem is we are trying to fit the AC pump on and it is in the way of the external pick up line, anyone built a RB30/26 into a GTR with an external pick and had a similar problem

Don't really want to remove the A/C

I have done it, Platinum adaptor, Performance metal craft sump, Nitto oil pump

Drilled and tapped oil pump to take a metric fitting, got a metric/AN-12 fitting, machined it down and died the metric thread long enough to go past the original oil pickup hole to block it and then a AN-12 45 off that to go under the A/C compressor

Not of the process, I can get one of it complete in car but I doubt that will show much

For future reference if anyone is doing an external pickup line on one of our pumps the thread on the pump housing is 1/2" NPT so a 1/2" NPT to -**AN adapter can be used if required.
