Car Alarm

so i bought a alarm system off ebay, from japan... yes i no...flame....

but everything works except on Key FOB unlock button locks the doors and lock button unlocks the doors.

but if i lock the doors after bout 20 seconds it unlocks itself (auto arming) which is ment to lock instead of unlock.

iv tried reversing central locking actuator but no luck any ideas?

the output from the alarm module to the door lock relays are back to front
