R34 Tacho Starts Reading At 1K

has anybody got this problem? my tacho and speedo suddenly starts reading at 1k rpm and 5-7km/h for speedo.

The ecu sending 0 for both and received differently, what do I do with the cluster to fix this?

fixed, turned out just the needle

info:

over reading -> turn needle anti clockwise below the pin

under reading -> turn needle clockwise until facing 270degree

diagnostic: hold the biggest pin -> turn on ignition (or not start) -> hold til it shows 0km -> pres the big needle 3 times til it shows 00000km-> then press again the warning lamp should show -> km/h=30 rpm=1.750
