Sorry to hear. Last night noticed I've been scraped twice - left rear & front right. Bloody car parks!
Got to say feeling pretty darned great - did 90mins in the gym today & am really enjoying the hard work. Lost a couple of kgs but gaining some muscular shape after only 5 sessions. Huuuuge year for me this year - hope 2012 is everything you want it to be!

poncams just arrived!!

now just to work out where to hide them from the missus until i can afford to put them in.

what are people's thoughts on poncams?

did they really make much difference?

in theory they should help make more power.

the std cams have made 372rwkw @ 25psi

and looking at the dyno graph the torque really fell over up high in the RPM so if the type B's help the curve stay strong it should pick up a lot more top end.

will have to wait until Feb for the honeymoon to be over and to hopefully cash in on my birthday!

For a GTR, No idea, but I put some Basic Tomei Cams in my build and it seemed to help with the power a bit, but that it could be a factor of MANY things with mine, so I can't say for sure. However cams will help up the top end anyway.

Don't want to put a downer on the excitement of the new year for everyone, but this is something that is really important to me.

Basically, 2011 was a real asshole of a year for me regarding deaths of close and old friends. All my age or not much older. Too young anyway. Suicide being the most gut-wrenching way that one of these deaths occured

If anyone here needs someone to listen to them, or help them, there is a plethora of opportunities on the phone, the internet, but most importantly, your friends and families.

http://www.save.org/

I invite anybody on this forum to contact me via pm, if they are struggling with any issues in life, big or small. I will listen.

I know this post seems very extreme and possibly confronting but the reality is: No one talks about this stuff openly, it could save a life.

Godzilla's appearance has changed over the years, but many of his characteristics have remained constant.
His roar has remained the same, only changing in pitch. Godzilla's approximate appearance, regardless of the design of the suit utilized for the creature, remains the same general shape,
which is instantly recognizable

Well said Matty
My adopted sister killed herself 3 yrs ago (late 2008) and it ripped open everyone she knew...

Over a boy... how f**ked is that?

People need to talk about this stuff more cause sharing your feelings is the only damn thing that stops you from exploding... and if you can stop one death then in effect you're helping everyone that person knows

I'd advise tho, to keep things personal, to those you can trust or to those who are open to listening... some people on forums troll so hard to the point of insensitivity and that is not helpful in the least...

www.beyondblue.org.au if you're feeling isolated and need to talk, or as matty said, pm someone - venting is healthy, catharsis is healing

So... Who wants to do some wiring for me? I've been at it 10 minutes and I already want to set fire to it.

Well said Matty....just another reason why you were a no brainer for club person of the year

Tend to agree with Scandy.....shot of caffeine will give you an equal effect if not greater

Wiring is usually pretty straight forward - BUT - a little bit of patience making sure you get it all right to start with and really importantly use the right tools (wire strippers, heatshrink, the right connectors, etc) - and it tends to be a breeze.

What you struggling with, scandy?

NO, I dont think it is placebo. Done a lot of reading tonight on Jack3d reviews and sounds pretty good
So much so I just ordered a 250g tub @ $40del off ebay.
Ingredients - http://www.jack-3d.com/ingredients

And yes I can vouch for Matty S being a very good person to talk to; had some nice chats with him myself that left me feeling very good about myself.
SO SO glad Im past my depressive episodes - havent had a negative thought for 3months now since I got off the medication. In a great place mentally, and even physically.
Hard to explain, but its like my brain has flicked a switch and the knee pain is being dealt with on a subconcious level? Enjoying life again :)

Tangles you've possibly been reading stuff printed by the peeps that sell the stuff...either way, check this....couple guys on here have some idea.

http://ausbb.com/bod...330-jack3d.html

For what the stuff is worth, you can buy Creatine Mono-hydrate in its pure form as a powder very cheap and just take 5mg per day (1 teaspoon).
As long as you don't drink a lot of coffee, a double shot of caffeine won't hurt you prior to your w/out...just don't overdo the caffeine thing cause it causes other problems.
As far as AAKG goes, why take something that puts a premature end to your workout with a lactic acid pump? :/
Don't chase the pump, it's a false sense of achievement and only noobs that have no idea chase it.....the test is how sore you are the next few days which can be achieved without a huge pump.

All you need on top of the above is a good WPI & BCAA's......read instructions as to when to take.

ALL of the above is a waste of time and money if you don't eat right and get plenty of rest.
