Does anyone know if skyline floor mats will fit a series 1 stagea?
Theres a company on ebay that sells mats for the R32/33/34 GTR's
I'm just wondering if any of these will fit the stagea.

they look very simliar. i know the rear ones are the same, but the front might need different bends due to the floor pan being different to GTSt (atessa in the way)

Luckily mine came with a full Stagea interior kit, 5 x floor mats for the 5 seats, & a wagon floor mat. All have the Unicorn 'S' signia.

I have the Stagea floor mats too (but not the centre rear nor the wagon floor mat), and could compare them to R33 Skyline ones, but unfortunately the R33 in question is 150kms away.

Probably best to email the ebay seller and see if they know if they'll fit.

I actually called them, and he's never heard of the stagea, he just buys them from the manufacturer in South Australia.
I gave him a brief description and he thought that the front mats would probly be a close match, but the rears might be the problem, as u know 2 doors dont have much leg room in the rear.

The rear of the stagea has as much leg room as an R33, it's the same chassis. also comparing my R33 to my Stagea the rear mats are identical. the only reason the front's might not fit is due to the floorpan being a slightly different shape. if i were to get new mats, i'd get R33 ones.

R33 mats should fit fine. The mats in my 4 door R33 were the same as in a 2 door. The floor pan is the same until behind the rear axel

I think the main difference will be the mats are only for GTR's which are manual as you all know, and i've noticed from looking at genuine stagea mats on slidewize, is that auto's have a cutout on the drivers mat to accomodate the footrest.
Might see if they can add this cutout, also they embroid logos aswell, might see if they can do a custom stagea logo or somthin smile.gif

they're nice and clean.

i'm pretty sure i have R34 ones in my car, manual and aftermarket too. they don't fit 100% in the drivers side, but everything else is fine

no way, R33 seats wrap around a lot more than the stagea seat, much more bucket.

The guy I talked to said if i can give the manufacturer a pattern of the mats i want, they can custom make them, i'm 99.9% sure that the GTR mats they offer will fit perfectly if the drivers mat has the cutout for the footrest.
I'm a bit of a perfectionist so i want them to fit neatly smile.gif
