12 sec bracket should not be a problem my R33GTR ran 12.6 with standard exhaust standard air box with paper filter with the stock boost restrictor removed so running 14psi. Good luck with it.

Nice time! What type of launch did u do? Mine only has a std clutch so cant do any launches. thanks bud... i think mine only has a standard clutch too (still heavyish but im thinking stock??).. i just revd to about 6 and dumped the clutch.. i used to have an evo and i found riding the clutch a lil worked better but when i tried that with this car the clutch would just slip like crazy but after just dumping the clutch it grabs and away she goes. talking gtrs- anyone with a decent clutch, ride it to launch??? dumping causes a fair bit of traction loss.. where should i be reving to for gear changes? |

My clutch feels heavier than say a clutch out of a normal car, but I would say its at best an organic heavy duty. Any launches higher than 3k and it will slip and smell for a good day or so. Which can be good as it will prevent me from snapping anything from hard lauches lol. I'll look to replace my clutch to a stronger one when its worn out as its still great for daily driving.
i would say with the relatively minor mods on your car and good time that you have your launches and gear shifts down pat. |

DLOOK wat mods do u have? i cant believe ur clutch slips that easy.. time for a new one me thinks, launching is the best part of a gtr IMO... or maybe i just havnt done enough of it yet to be over it.
