well was bored at the start of the weekend and finally decided to paint the white rear indicators to a light tint of black so it actually matches the car and still able to see hazards/reverse lights.
result = awesome
just thought id share on what you guys think of it compared the the standard clear white colour it is compared to the painted one.

Looks good. A mate did that to th front indicators on his 34, looks so good. Except it was done while sitting in the Convension Centre at the Auto Salon, so you can see a few runs when its on, but other then that it looks fantastic.

lights shines though the exact same without the paint. no diffferent its ust a light coat of tint. yeah ASH7EY shit loads left hahaha

What kind of product did you use? I'd look into doing it to my front indicators. laugh.gif

Its called night shade. I bought it from supercheap for $18

After 2 coats. A rough idea how much light gets through

After 2 coats was enough biggrin.gif

Make sure you dont get any on your paint at all because it will eat the clear coat
(i got a lil bit on there down.gif
