Practice sessions at SUGO Sports Land were held today for Sunday’s SuperGT 2008 series round 5 race on Sunday. As forecast the track is wet and should remain so for the race so drivers are in for a tough time.

As far as practice session laptimes go, the GT-Rs make only one appearance in the top 5 in third spot behind two NSXs:

  1. #32 EPSON NSX - 1:24.719
  2. #18 TAKATA NSX - 1:25.806
  3. #12 Calsonic IMPUL GT-R - 1:26.197
  4. #38 ZENT CERUMO SC430 - 1:26.201
  5. #35 KRAFT SC430 - 1:26.367
