Hey guys,
Theres this Gtr R32 skyline for auction at pickles auctions,
It says its stolen and recovered, the only problem is its missing its compliance plate.
Would this car be able to be compkianced again?

Best check with DOTARS, a lot of things could be going on with this car. Call them with the vin and they should be able to help you out.
