This hydro handbrake can be installed both verticaly and horizontaly. Included in the package is the handbrake/slave cylinder and instruction manual. The hydo handbrake is mainly used for rally/drift applications so your rear wheels will lock up harder/faster and be more consitent then your old cable style handbrake that eventually stretches.

No offence but the question wasn't very in depth either. Please let me no exactly what information your after. I no longer have the instructions as we sold the last hydro a few days ago, we will be getting more in but the rrp will be $399.
